On October 16, Antwerp became the gathering place for 250 Belgian internal communication professionals attending vonk’s annual fall congress. To the backdrop of a beautiful inner city garden, the event combined theoretical insights with practical case studies, panel discussions and networking moments.
Through the years, the event has grown its proven track record of providing a holistic view of the challenges and possibilities that shape the field of internal communication. A broad field that requires helicopter views and introspect every now and then, which is why this annual congress is a day of inspiration to many.

AI report places focus on mindset, not skills for communicators
The 10th edition of #ComunicaImpresa, organised by Italian association Ascai and hosted on 11 October, was a great success. The convention in the fantastic IBM Studios headquarters in Milan was held in front of a large audience of internal communications managers from leading Italian companies.
The central theme was the presentation of the ASCAI 2024 Report focussed on analysing the application of artificial intelligence to internal communication. This area is facing the most important technological paradigm shift in the last decades which has great impact on organisations.
